What kind of esspreso is good for the iced white mocha? i used starbucks esspreso and it seems to make the mocha bitter? Also what kind of mocha is good or is that the white sauce?

Hi there, and welcome to coffeegeek!!
In my experience, StarBUX beans just don't make good coffee because they're over-roasted. BUT you're in luck because I believe that in NC there are sources for good, freshly roasted coffee beans. There are also some mail-order internet businesses that cater to us Geeks with great espresso products including fresh-roasted coffee.
