Heh.. I can help, but it'll take quite a bit of investment in an array of syrups.

Give me a flavor, and I can usually give you a good idea on how to make it.  (a skill I discovered that I had working at a starbucks kiosk for a summer.. I even made an Atomic Fire Ball flavored water-based drink.)

As far as caramel apple cider, all you need is apple cider (duh).. or you can use a REALLY good natural apple juice.  Simmer it at low heat for awhile to reduce it a bit.  Once you have this reduced apple juice (apple cider), use 1-2 oz. of cinnamon syrup and steam it with the juice.  Voila.   Add caramel SAUCE on top.  Whipped cream if you so desire, and then cararmel on top of that for the *$ recipe.

Snickers bar will require caramel SYRUP, mocha syrup, and just a touch (1/4 oz. or so) of almond syrup.  Syrups first, then add espresso and swirl to mix, then add frothed milk.  Enjoy.
