For the past 16 years I"ve been making this espresso to drink in the late afternoon.A Hungarian friend of mine introduced this to me and I've been drinking it ever since so I thought I would share it with you all. It's very simply really. I'll pull a double shot of espresso then add 1 1/4 tsp of sugar and a shot of vodka to the cup, Gently stir and enjoy... Jerry

wouldn't it make more sense to have the shot of vodka already in the cup, stir the sugar into it, then pull the shot over both? I'm pretty sure it would blend this way without any stirring necessary.. leaving the crema intact.
