i used to order my espresso beans from some local company called azzuri who packages the beans under their company name.whenener i make a latte, i tend to pour the espresso down the center and i get a layer of milk...a layer of solid espresso and a cap of foam.
i recently changed to boncafe's espresso beans but i can't seem to get the same effect unless i make a hot vanilla latte with the vanilla at the bottom and the espresso poured in the center.
why is this happening? the beans? the milk? the extras?
