Posted Mon Jan 26, 2004, 1:37pm Subject: Re: Gingerbread latte?   We use Monin as well and we love it.  However, the Gingerbread is a bit strong for our taste, really heavy on the ginger.  We played around with adding honey and vanilla and it seems to tone it down a lot and people love it.  We also top it with a crushed gingersnap/brown sugar/cinnamon topping that adds a nice look and taste.
