I've been trying different recipes for chocolate sauce and it's not really working. Since the sauces I've made need refrigeration I'm having trouble using enough sauce for a great mocha without making the mocha too cold. So, a good stout chocolate sauce recipe anyone?

Check out Alton Brown's (Good Eats) recipe. I haven't tried it yet, but just about anything that guy makes is great. It also has good reviews and I don't think it needs to be refrigerated. Click Here (www.foodnetwork.com)
