I am sure this has already been mentioned here somewhere. However, I just discovered that if you pour a hot shot of espresso atop ice cream (preferably vanilla), this results in a simple and simply delicious concoction. I love the combination of the espresso's pungency blending with the ice cream's melting cascades of sweet vanilla flavor.

Had to try this!   Just finishing up now.... :^)

Using a premium vanilla frozen yogurt, with a double shot of Transcend's Organic Espresso.  The melding of the crema and ice cream is very yummy indeed!
