an incredible little drink - quick, easy and refreshing

2 shots of espresso
3 large ice cubes
2 TBS of sugar, simple syrup, or flavored syrup of choice

place in martini shaker, or improvised shaking device (I use two plastic cups that fit inside each other) and shake for 45 seconds

pour into clear glass for visual effect, and drink immediately - the foam on top is incredible

I like to strain the ice cubes away so you are left with only coffee.

And cinnamon syrup is my choise of syrup. (I think that is how they serve it at Stockfleth's in Norway)
