Here's a drink I like to make sometimes. It's delicious and usually gets a wow out of people.
Get a 12 oz cold cup and put some honey in the bottom of it. Put in two shots of espresso and add some milk. Throw in some ice, or shake it if you have a shaker available. But it's important that this part is really cold.
Next, steam some milk, or use left over milk if you have some from an other drink. Let the foam seperate and scoop some out with a big wide spoon and put a generous amount of hot milk foam onto of the drink.
Drink quickly and enjoy. It's hot and cold at the same time and a very interesting experience.
