Double shot of espresso. 4 scoops vanilla ice cream. Squirt of chocolate syrup. 1/4 cup milk. Put it all in a blender and mix to suit taste. Very nice but next time I'll try 2 double shots.

I love those espresso milkshakes, a double or tripple shot in a good vanilla malted shake is heaven on a hot day. There is a great italian cafe near me that does great coffee or shakes, they saw me pouring the shots in to the shake, and now offer it as an option on the menu !

I just made another shake, this time I did 2 double shots of espresso 4 ounces and just a splash of milk. Very tasty. Next time I go shopping I'll pick up some malted milk mix and give that a try.
