Starbucks uses a syrup. The recipie is mocha (2-4 pumps depending on size, you'll want to do what tastes right to you I don't know how much a pump is) esspreso steamed milk wipped cream

PS the closest thing to the starbucks whip cream I found in the stores is redi-whip french vanillia. Thats because starbucks adds vanilla to their whipping cream)
