Starbucks uses a syrup. The recipie is
mocha (2-4 pumps depending on size, you'll want to do what tastes right to you I don't know how much a pump is)
esspreso
steamed milk
wipped cream

Former starbucksemploy

PS the closest thing to the starbucks whip cream I found in the stores is redi-whip french vanillia. Thats because starbucks adds vanilla to their whipping cream)

I have seen the Starbucks Brand White Choc. Mocha Sause on EBay for about $25.00 US (64oz bottle).

If your are feeling gutzy enough to buy food items on EBay it may be a good deal.

I use Ghirardelli White Mocha Sause and it is excellent!

Watch your intake on any charbux syrups. They all contain MSG, a neurotoxin.

It's all a syprup. No Starbucks have white chocolate powder. All pre-made chocolate mixes. Hope this helps. =)
