Subject: Irish Coffee

With St. Patrick's Day just around the corner, here is a good recipe for Irish Coffee that was sent to me.
      1oz. espresso
       2oz.Irish Whiskey
      2Tbl. brown sugar
Heavy cream sweetened with white sugar, beaten to the consistency of custard.
Dissolve brown sugar in whiskey in pan on stove or use espresso steam wand.
Carefully put a match to wiskey/sugar mixture, and flame for a few seconds.
Blow out flame, pour whiskey into galss, add espresso, top with dollop of heavy cream mixture-enjoy!
