Hi, I'm wondering if you can share a new coffee recipe for food? I saw an Iron chef episode that shows coffee as an ingredient and found it interesting...

I made this Sauted grapes with espresso and red wine (www.striaght.com) recipe with a 1998 Bonny Doon Charbera wine and a chocolaty Brazil Vargem Grande espresso for Valentine's day and it turned out beautifully. I served it with roasted lamb, asparagus, and couscous. This is a recipe that I will use again.
I've also made coffee ice cream (www.coffeegeek.com) several times using AeroPress concentrate (espresso in Ice Cream can be bitter) of Tanzanian Peaberry or other strong, earthy coffee and enjoyed the results.
