I tried it @ home and it was delicious... I got the synopsis on what it was from Barefoot Coffee Roasters in Santa Clara... I think I am addicted because the brown sugar blent into the espresso is just a tease of flavor I am not used to.... It adds a new dimension for me in milk drinks too...
I am on the run early this A.M... we will see how this evenings attempts turn out...

I will preface this with: (I dont' add sugar to my espresso, americano, etc.) I do add carmel sauce to cappa's occasionally....
so I ordered this drink to see what it tasted like...pure experimentation at a new coffee spot....
it was delic.... (I was hesitant to ask her to share her secret with me)
it was brown sugar topping off your espresso grounds when you pull your shot.... then just add cappa foam....
it cut a good espresso shot and some good foam with a subtle sweetness....
I tried it at home and the brown sugar tends to destroy the puck after the shot, but it does taste good in milk... the shot bye itself is not that great, but add some foam and you have a sweet drink for those fringe friends that think you are crazy for drinkin' coffee....let alone espresso...
you know the while mocha starB crowd..... Fiance even liked it... she likened it to a great cup of coffee.... symmetry
