Subject: Celebrate St Patrick’s Day in style...

With St Patrick’s Day only a week a way, I thought I’d share this iced twist on the old classic with you. This ultimate Irish coffee is simple to make and great for serving up at parties.

Ingredients - makes 1
1 double espresso – cooled
25ml/1fl oz Jamesons Irish whiskey or equivalent
1 tbsp Irish whiskey liqueur
1 tbsp Irish cream liqueur
1 tsp sugar syrup
Crushed Ice
4 mint leaves – to garnish

Method
Add espresso, all liqueurs and syrup into a cocktail shaker, add a scoop of crushed ice and shake well. Strain into champagne flute and serve garnished with the four mint leaves twisted together to form a four leaf clover.

Enjoy St Patrick's Day!
