Subject: Mango cream puffs

I like Mango cream puffs very much.
Method:
1.100G After weighing flour sifted.
160G 2.80G butter added after weighing the water, low heat to melt
3 After the water boils, turn off the heat butter, sift flour, stirring rapidly.
4 stirring speed must be fast, but also to stir thoroughly, do not leave a small lump of flour.
8 To make a good butter batter into Biaohua bag, with a large cookie flower mouth, do so out of puff with lines, more beautiful.
9 capped with greaseproof paper baking, cookies as crowded as the butter batter get on, pay attention to spacing slightly larger, because this one will be expanded roasted, squeeze the two long do cut puffs.
10 220 degrees oven, preheat for 10 minutes, bake 20 minutes, turn 180 degrees to continue to bake for 20 minutes, the middle can not open the oven, or swelling puffs will retract. Grilling at the same time can make butter.
