Yes, Sterling is definitely the best.  Excellent quality and a huge variety of flavors.  I don't really use flavored syrups anymore, but I used to be addicted to iced B-52 mochas!  BTW, B-52 would make an excellent fall flavor.  If you can't get hold of an actual B-52 flavor, then mix a 3/4 shot of Irish Creme with 1/4 shot of Orange.

I think my boss chooses Torani b/c they're the cheapest or easiest to find if we get into a spot. (i.e. run out of a flavor before the order comes in.) Me... We'll I just gotta have flavor in my coffee. Straight espresso is ok but I like flavor. My favorite right now is something a coworker came up with or found out (I'm not sure which). She calls it "French Silk" It's white chocolate with vanilla and carmel. yum!
