Serendipity 3 is an absurdly popular wall-to-wall kitsch restaurant in Manhattan, and one of their runaway successes is their Frrrozen Hot Chocolate. I've been there, and it's a fun place, but the desserts are more about quantity than quality. You can purchase their Frrrozen Hot Chocolate mix or try the published recipe, but you're better off just making a really good milkshake, putting it in a dish with whipped cream on top, and calling it frozen hot chocolate. Or, make a chocolate mousse or custard that you serve really really cold and call it a Frozen Chocolate Souffle.
