Daily Buzz Coffee is starting a search for a Master Barista. We are seeking someone with significant barista experience and are willing to compensate such a person appropriately. If you are the selected candidate, your compensation will include an aggressive salary, a bonus based on your results and some equity in the business. Would probably be worthwhile to provide some information on things like the coffee you're using (roaster or roast yourself, details) the machines being used, size of coffee bar (staffing and customers), etc.

As the position description notes, we're new, meaning in the design phase. There is time for the person selected to influence many things, including the behind the counter layout, machine and roaster selection and other factors as well. My thinking has been that part of the appeal of this job is the chance to "have it your way".
