BARISTI WANTED! As well as shop hands. Aspiring or accomplished, new to the profession or experienced, as long as you are a discerning and mature individual and love and take interest in coffee, I want you. Will train. Will take you to the roastery and the dairy farm out in the Berkshires. Hey, if you really take to it, will help sponsor you to the regionals. Small specialty shop with a simple menu that includes drip, classic espresso drinks, pour over drip to order, and tea accompanied by a few select pastry and small treat items. Beans from excellent local roasters (nothing from George though). Top notch equipment. Aesthetically minimal ambiance to emphasize quality of offerings. Decor limited to the Veloce trim on a three-group Bastone. Button-down shirts and bistro aprons. Opening in 1-2 weeks. 6am to 10pm hours. Shop open 6:30 to 9.
