El Corazón Café is located in the safe and idyllic Canadian/US-expat community of Loreto Bay, just south of Loreto in Baja California Sur, Mexico.
We are looking for a senior-level Barista with a minimum of 5-years' experience in the specialty coffee business to join the team. Must have excellent customer service and communication skills, and the abilities to multi-task, work well in a fast-paced environment, and handle stress with grace. The job requires full-time dedication and flexibility working in a unique location.
Applicants should also:
have the innate ability to work well with others and contribute equally to the team
be highly organized and maintain a clean environment
have a keen and genuine interest in serving the best coffee in the region
have enthusiasm and experience training and educating staff about good coffee and making espresso-based drinks
have a warm, welcoming and friendly personality
have a sincere willingness to serve customers and see people happy
