Subject: CoffeeGeek Moderation Team Changes, Looking for new Moderators!

In recent weeks we've had some changes to the Moderating Team on CoffeeGeek. We've had a few moderators leave, a new moderator is coming in, and we're looking for a few additional members of the CoffeeGeek website to step on board.

We're looking for a few people to become moderators and community leaders in our forums. As a moderator, you'll help keep the forums clean of spam and conflict that contravenes our site rules. You'll also be taking on more of a community leader status on the website.

We do have some requirements:
- you must have been a member of the CoffeeGeek website for at least 18 months (2 years or longer preferred)
- you have a posting history with at least 200 posts (the more, the better)
- you have good standing in our community (your posting history will be reviewed before an invitation is sent).

We're also hoping for someone from Australia or New Zealand to consider joining up so we can have good involvement with moderators in our Australasia forums again!

If you are interested in helping out, please respond to this post and we'll get the discussion rolling!

Many thanks,

Mark

I have been dragging my feet in responding to this post thinking you would get more volunteers. I own/operate another forum not related to coffee that has about 7500 members and 21,000 posts, so I am familiar with trying to maintain harmony in an online community. If you need help, send me a message. I seem to be here a lot.
