Preview: In the revised inserts that come with Chemex in the new packaging, it says the button on the 1-3 cup is the full suggested capacity. For all others, it is the halfway point.   Jay

Preview: I have the E37S and the E92, the thing to remember about the E92 and the deal breaker for me is the bloody fan...you can only stop it by switching the grinder off and I don't want to have to switch it...

Preview: The gauge doesn't have #bar, it has a range for 'good extraction' which is most likely from 8.5 to 9.5 bar.  If you are grinding your coffee fresh then you shouldn't be using pressurized (double wall)...

Preview: So the stop is part of the plastic adjustment wheel, just a lump that prevents you from turning past 0 or 15 in either direction. By removing it you give yourself the ability to close down the gap...

Preview: I would suggest brewing slightly less so the filter does not hang in the brew. As an alternative, you might be better with either the 5 cup hand blown or the 6 cup classic.   Jay
