Preview: Thanks for the responses!  I adjusted the brew pressure to 9bars, and the boiler pressure to .9-1.3bars. What I now can't figure out is the inconsistent results I get from one shot to the next....

Preview: Had similar problem.  I discovered that when adding water, one of the hoses floated around and held down the low-water-level float in the tank.  Readjusting the hose did the trick.
