Hi, I am pretty new to this forum.  I am looking at purchasing a 5kg  Roaster, deli grinder and scales.
I thought I would ask around and see if anyone has any equipment for sale for a new roaster starting out.  Any help would be great.  Thanks

Wendy,

they are around, be careful when buying either new or used in NZ.

I had a 5 kg "almost new" roaster that when I looked at it, was covered in rust - including the drum.

Some of the new stuff being sold is not necessarily bad, just the backup won't be there.

As for grinder - look around, find someone you like.

Scales - find a local scale servicing company - they will be able to supply you with certified scales...
