Hi Guys,
can some one help me, please?
I'm now in Denmark & brought this machine over with me - now its stopped.. ie. won't pump water through. there are no Breville agents over here, so do any of you have a pdf file or something that will show me how to take the darn thing apart before I expire of caffeine deprivation??!

or do any of you know what the problem might be...??

(have been using a water filter & just decalked a few weeks ago.)  thanks Rich

Try emailing askus (at) breville.com.au for help.  If you explain your situation they should come to the party.

Any retailer selling Breville  would be happy to give you the address of a service repair agent in your area.

Breville coffee machines and grinders are being manufactured and sold under license in Europe by Solis (Swiss company very much like Breville or Sunbeam in Aus).

Solis agent in Denmark, or their service centre should be able to help you.

cheers!

If you have any more problems you could  try to e-mail Breville UK at info@pulse-uk.co.uk
Customer service 01616216900.  Or try  info@breville.co.uk   It will be interesting how you go with the Solis
agent.
