Definitely try CAFE SEVEN in Chch and make sure Jess there makes you a coffee...she IS good! I think she trains the other baristi there as well, so you should have a great experience even if she's not there! The food is pretty amazing as well! Not sure of the address, it's on Hanson Lane I think. And I think Milmine means C4 instead of C1...C4 is a great roastery/cafe!

Cafe Seven huh? Might go check it out. Heading over to Lyttleton for a coffee, hope the Lyttleton Coffee Company is open. Definitely grabbing a bag of C1 coffee. Spent a lot of money and time there when I was at Canterbury Uni. Seems to be a few Underground Coffee's around too. Maybe worth a visit too.
Anyway, back to Palmy in a few hours. At least we have Grounded Espresso!
