Hi Utu, did you get your mobile setup all sorted ? I am just going through some of the same issues. I have two gas lever machines but to run my mazzer super jolly and a small water pump I have a 1000w inverter and 2 deep cycle batteries. We checked the battery after the first day doing approx 300 drinks and 1 battery wasn't enough, it did the job but ran very low. Do you do big events? I am looking for someone to talk to about how to take orders at big events thats efficient. Writing on the cups is difficult as we have alot of wind issues and using lever machine the top of the machine is hard to get to as the barista is going hard out. We wrote the orders on a pad then wrote it again for the barista on a post it note but it is too time consuming how do others do it?
