In Sydney this week, near Hyde Park. Any must-try cafe recommendations (for espresso and/or beans to pick up to bring back home)? Maybe there's something wonky with the forums, but last discussions I find date back to 2005, so I'm hoping someone has some more current, local recommendations.

A little Googling turns up Espresso Organica, but it's a bit of a haul.

There's http://coffeesnobs.com.au/nsw/, but my Sydney geography is lacking =)
