Hey Steve, thanks (I think yours are awesome, by the way). Yeah I just wiggle slowly, not really purposefully, that just seems to be how my style developed. The jug I use is at my shop, so I'll take a pic when I'm there after the weekend. It's just a pretty standard pitcher with a decent pouring spout. On that topic, Paul Bassett recommended the Alessi jugs for latte art.
