I bought a FrancisFrancis X1 espresso machine about 3 years ago and I am having problems with it. The water flow seems to be way too slow. I tried decalcifying it but that hasn't helped. According to the Company, I need to send my machine to Illinois for repairs, but that will likely cost as much as the machine. Does anyone know of a reputable shop in Toronto that will repair it for me? Thanks for your help.

I know it's a different machine, but try Faema on Dupont, or the one on Dupont for repairs. Most machines' internals are similar, so I'm sure they'll be able to fix the problem.
