Hey Guys, Last week I got back from training up a great new shop in Montreal (just opened yesterday) Caffe Art Java. Thay are one of our (gimme! coffee's) wholsale clients. It is a very, very nice space...modern up scale serving breakfast and lunch, Now to the coffee...these giuys are pulling tripple Ristrettos off a LM FB70 and everyone of em are pouring rosettas and hearts on their drinks. (I'm very proud of these guys...can you tell?) Anyhow...They are open from 7am -midnight...great food great coffee. Here's the link... www.caffeartjava.com -Chris Deferio

Wow, that's great news. Sounds like you've suddenly created the best coffee shop in Canada this side of the Rocky Mountains. Wrong city though!

He had a nice drink at Gimme Trumansburg. I can't wait to visit him in Montreal and sample the coffee there.

Road trip?
A shop full of latte artists trained by none other than Chris himself, within 200 km. This I gotta see.

Maybe we could convince them to host a Barista / Art Jam.

Guys, if you're in Montreal or heading to Montreal, you must visit this coffee shop! :-) It's definately the best espresso served in Montreal, no question about it: complex, sweet and creamy! Their cappuccino feature a nice balance of espresso and velvety milk (and tell me about milk sweetness!). And, what could I say about the magnificent LM FB70 4 groups :-) I've added a small french review of this coffee shop on my site if you're interested. Martin (so excited we at last have a wonderful coffee shop in Quebec!)
