Birds and Beans in Toronto recently began stocking Reg's tampers. They're on the Lakeshore at Superior in Etobicoke. They're currently in the process of renovating to open a cafe, so their storefront is currently not open. You can still head in through the back where they sell their green and roasted beans. I've been quite impressed with the quality and taste of their coffee. It's also nice to know your money is going to two nice people instead of some huge, faceless corporation.

Especially considering the distance you'd have to travel, call first since they may not be open at times due to the construction. Also a little difficult to find at first as the sign is not up yet.
When I was looking around, I had a hell of a time finding tampers. I remember going to the Faema store in Sherway Gardens mall where they showed me a very nice plastic tamper that would make a great chew toy for a small terrier. I ended up getting one from www.espressotec.com. It's their $30 aluminum one and I've been quite happy with it. The Reg Barber ones are definitly nicer, though.
Good luck!
