In Ste-Foy, EspressoLab (short walk from Université Laval) serves 49th Parallel Roasters espresso.
In St-Roch, you will find Le Nektar on St-Joseph street. They import a lot of different coffees from various roasters in the states and Canada. Good place to have an espresso from Social Coffee. They serve good drip too.
You will also find 4M Café in Cartier St-Roch. The coffee offer has been changing in the past year, but they always serve Intelligentsia coffee.
While you are in 4M, take a 20 steps walk to have a great beer at La Barberie.

I had a great time in Quebec City. Really lovely people and a wonderful city with a rich history - loved it. Thank you for your recommendations. Very helpful. BTW Intelligentsia Coffee/Black Cat is one of my favorites.

So, have you tried some of those cafés? Did you enjoy the coffee you've been served?
