Does anyone know of a few good stores in the Brantford - Hamilton area of Ontario where I could go to purchase tampers, cups, thermometers, knock boxes, and other accessories?

Who'll in that neck of woods i would suggest, idrinkcoffee.com . They have a retail store in Milton as well as an online store, its not hard to find its just off the 401 a little ways.

Thank you for the suggestion. It seems like it would be a very good place for me to start. And as a bonus, it is really not too far from where I live. Have you tried their coffee beans? If so, do you have a recommendation for me? There is a roaster here in my hometown, but the espresso there I found to be on the bitter side. It could be the young girl who was pulling the shots, or it could be that the roast is just perhaps too dark? In any case, thank you again for the information.

Your welcome. i have yet to try many of their roasts to be provide a non biased judgement but you can ask them for their suggestion. They are pretty helpful.

Well I made my way out too I Drink Coffee in Milton. The store was under renovation, but they were very helpful and had a lot of selection. I purchased a Baratza Preciso grinder, a Concept Art tamper and stand, and Daterra Farms Espresso Yellow beans. It turned out to be a very nice, however expensive, trip to Milton.
