Given the response that I've had so far, let me provide some context....
My background is in retail service, merchandising, execution and senior retail theory. My customers represent the leaders in their respective categories, be that; grocery, hardware, cosmetics and more. In my experience I have taken a small service business with 2 fulltime employees and developed the team, strategy and business model to represent a $10M national service business employing 250+ people.
I am in the Mid stages of securing a prime location, in a building that was constructed in 1905. The space will be designed to incorporate structural elements that remain in the existing construction of the original building, like fieldstone constructed walls and recommissioning of the existing hardwood floor.
The successful manager, that I am looking to hire, will have a strong leadership capacity with a firm grasp in financial mechanics and a fundamental aspiration to create and provide our customers with a beverage that our competitors strive to copy....
In exchange, I will offer this candidate;
1) fulltime hours 2) benefits package 3) contracted employment, be that 1-3+ years (established through open dialogue) 4) creative input, within a Management team that is dynamic, committed and engaged for longterm success. 5) vendor relationship building, for consummables and machinery purchasing.
Please comment as you see fit, if there are any suggestions in how I can better frame this opportunity, I'm open to your feedback.
