I think the title pretty much says it all.  I'll be in Quebec city to give a workshop next tuesday and will have some sparetime before taking the train back.  Does anyone know of cafes dedicated to great coffee in Quebec city?

Thanks!

Thank you so much.  I'll be in Ste-Foy in the morning and will go to la gare du palais in the afternoon so I think my day is well covered.

I'll try to post my impressions here afterwards.
