Hello, I'm new so I wasnt familiar with the rules and one of my posts got deleted. Just wondering if it has been completely deleted. Is it gone forever? It took me a while to write and I put a lot of work into writing it, so I'm wondering if can be salvaged at all.

it was a post outlining a tasting i did of bows and arrows coffee. I think it was removed because of the >5 post rule stating that you cant talk about any products if you have a low post count. I don't want to re-post it, but rather just to have the actual content of the post for my own reference. It was my only copy. I posted it around 8 days ago.

Hope this isn't futile!

Matt

Every time that content is deleted from the site, it should be copied to the moderators' mailing list. I've had a quick look through the archive and there's nothing of that description there.

I've asked the other mods if they remember but wouldn't hold out much hope.

Cheers

I have copied questionable posts before on other occasions Ian, & saved them in my Coffeegeek Mods email folder., if I think or thought at the time that it was to trifling to notify the mod email list about.

I've asked the other mods if they remember but wouldn't hold out much hope.

I don't remember this specific post guys, but any Spam post or moderator work I do gets copied & sent to the Moderators mailing list for the other mods & site owner Mark Prince to see what I'm doing.

I didn't delete the post, & if I did without notifying the mod email list., I'd have a saved copy to recall up if there was a problem like this at a future date.
