There are some third party vendors that sell beans from other roasters, but you run into the freshness issue. If you order from third party sites, the beans might be at or beyond their half life before they get to you. Although results may vary between retailers re-selling another roaster's beans.
But there are plenty of good options for top roasters in Canada.
Here are some respected Canadian roasters that ship their beans direct and very fresh. Some I've tried and others I haven't, but plan to when I get the chance. The first 3 on the list are in the Toronto area. The rest are in Western Canada. Also, Manic Coffee cafe in Toronto near College and Spadina sells Intelligentsia Black Cat beans. When I bought a bag of Black Cat Classic there, the beans were fresh (3 days post roast).
