But I checked a Costco in Ottawa and they didn't have a single expresso machine. Does anyone know if Costco sells them in Toronto or anywhere else in Canada? I'm not a fan of the warehouse experience but the price and return policy would be reassuring in this case. I would even consider dipping across the border to get one but I don't think Buffalo/Niagara even has a Costco.
In the alternative, I would also consider buying the Solis Palazzo at Green Beanery which is the cheapest Solis dealer I've found in Canada (and a non-profit to boot), once I've seen a few more reviews of this Palazzo. Has anyone dealt with Green Beanery?

Karl:
The Costcos' around Toronto have some of the Saeco espresso machines. I haven't had fresh coffee from them so I can't comment on the experience.
Buffalo doesn't have a Costco. The closest one is in St. Catharines. Easier for you to go to Toronto, or Whitby south of the 401 just east of the Thicksons Rd. exit.
I have bought beans from Green Beanery and they are good. Don't know about the espresso machines tho. It is a little hard to get to and the parking is scarce, as it is in a residential area just off Bloor.

Sorry to resurrect this thread but I'm still in search of Saeco superautomatics in the Toronto area.
I went to the North York location where they were selling one Saeco model by special order -- unfortunately just the Saeco Vienna without bypass doser that I need and at a price higher than Espressotec.com. An employee there told me that Costcos generally carry (at most) the one Vienna model by special order, but he said there *is* a roaming Saeco booth that visits different Costcos for a week or so at a time. He didn't have a schedule for these Saeco visits in the GTA.
Does Stewart or anyone else know of a particular Costco outlet in the GTA that has more than the one Vienna model for sale/order? I am interested in the Saeco Magic de Luxe or Royal Exclusive which are both available online from Costco.com and which my brother has seen in Calgary. Thanks for any help!

Thanks. I'll have to check out linens & things. Espresso Planet has a nice selection but unfortunately their prices are not very competitive. I am not a fan of Costco but their US prices (and from what I hear Cdn prices too) on the Saeco models are really, really good.

Hi, just to let you know that the Magic Deluxe has been discontinued in Canada for quite some time. You may be able to order from the US, however, the warranty would be void in Canada and many US vendors will not ship the units here for that reason.
