Requirements -- quiet and uncrowded enough for a business discussion, but not so quiet that everyone in the place can hear what you're talking about? PLUS, GOOD ESPRESSO!!!!
"Business talk" is just about ALL the talk at Artigiano in Calgary- so it works for some people. Maybe the noise makes it easier to have a "private" convo, makes eavesdropping tougher.
