Purchased my set up through Slawek a few weeks ago. The transaction was smooth. Slawek and his team were very helpful and were very patient with a newbie. Received my set up shortly after ordering. When I received the machine there was a small leak at the steam wand joint. Called the office and talked to Richard. With a few questions Richard asked me to ship it back and they will make it right for me. No excuses of any sort. Richard assured me they will make it right and they will pay for the shipping there and back (some of you may think this is a given, think again). If any of you are having any second thought about dealing with guys. There is no need. There customer service is bar none.
