I'm in Saskatoon.
Collective Coffee, Caffe Sola, and Museo are my favourite espresso joints in Saskatoon (in that order). City Perks is another favourite, but the espresso just isn't as as good as the others -- although I hear some changes are coming there and need to get back there soon.

Welcome to CG, one and all. A little search tells me your fair city has a Metropolitan population around 260, 000, and is the largest city in Saskak..Sasct, err...your province! LOL Having 4 excellent cafe's is a LOT of good coffee, for your area.
Are they into the "pour-over" craze, as a lot of the newer cafes do, here in the states?

Agreed with your choices. Collective Coffee is my favorite espresso based drink by far. City Perk I think is brewing Leven's Coffee Roasters as of late. We get Leven's monthly coffee subscription delivered right to our door. I find for local roasters, Leven's is king. Museo's coffee is way to sour for my taste, and The Roastery is just gross.

And it's hard to find anyone interested in the Roughriders, or is it Rough Riders here in Nashville, TN USA! :>D I know there are ...or were two teams in the CFL with basically the same nickname.
Back on topic, at least you have a few choices. There are many cities here of equivalent size that have ZERO choice but the Mermaid.
