About voltage converter..

I came across something call a "Voltage Valet" travel converter.  Most are rated up to 50W, but this was rated up to 1600W.  And it was about the size of a mobile phone charger.  I was extremely dubious.  I use transformers and voltage stablizers and they are not that small.  I have not used it myself but maybe those think of buying espresso machine of a differing voltage can look into this and let all of us know how it works out.

It does state 2 things very clearly:
It works only for heating elements.
It is definitely not to be used with any electronics.

btw. I might be going to Italy end of this year so I might take a look at what is on offer.  I will not be going out to the factories though.  Anyhow, I just got a second-hand Expobar so I am not looking to purchase a new machine.  But if the temptation is too strong, well, I can probably sell the Expobar.  :)

In Italy all people like Nespresso, Lavazza, Nescafè or super-automatic machines. Is so hard to find a big shop with many machines that i prefered to buy it on internet.bye
