Coffee-lovers all, I have had an ECM Giotto machine for the past three years. It has given me no difficulty at all until recently. I have the plumbed-in version, and am in a hard-water area here in Bath. I suspect the pump has gradually seized up as I am not getting any water through at the moment and it makes a some-what funny noise. Does anyone know where I can get such a machine serviced in the UK? I bought it from hookedoncoffee, which appears now to be no longer trading. Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated. I am getting tired of cafetiere coffee when I am used to excellent espressos!

Thanks for your response. The problem is I have opened up the machine and find nothing to de-scale. I have back-flushed frequently, but as this is the plumbed-in version I find no water reservoir, only pipes taking the water from the mains into the pump. Is there anyway I can descale the machine myself?
