To folks in the UK regional forums - please read the forum rules, specifically the probationary period rules.
We try to run the regional forums as hands off as possible so that people can have a free exchange of information but lately there's been a glut of first time posters who are promoting new (as well as existing) businesses in the UK, and I have absolutely zero tolerance for "shill" postings.
Because it's sometimes difficult to detect a shill posting vs. a legitimate one, the probationary period, that states:
Probationary Period: If you are a new signup for CoffeeGeek, you cannot promote, endorse, criticise or otherwise post an unsolicited endorsement for any company, product or service in your first five postings.
was put into effect.
I do invite people to participate and take part in these forums without worry that we're monitoring every word you type like a hawk - and that is the case for most posts past your first five - but please respect the forum rules. I've had to delete some threads and issue some strikes against member accounts today, and I never take any joy in doing either of those things.
