My wife and I should be in attendance both days. This is the first competition (coffee one anyway) that we've been to and we're very excited.

What should we expect?

comps are wierd.  think of a low budget food network show on making espresso drinks. i always think it's kinda funny when everyone cheers when shots are pulled or caps are poured.

Thanks Mark.
Things are looking up, there are people in Indy who are interested in having me work for them.  I plan on working at a couple of places as I learn more about what makes a shop work in this town.  Once I find the right location I will get out there and do my own thing.

So, I will be posting about the places I end up working.

Thanks again,
Bj

I can't say anyhting for sure about parking as I've never been there, but I checked out the satellite picture from google maps: Click Here (maps.google.com) and it looks like there is a parking lot.

("google maps is the best-TrueDat!- Double True!"   <--SNL reference)

I predict I will get there around 10 on sat.

She's one of the best baristas in town...I hope she finds a position soon so I can bug her for shots at lunch time!

BTW...I am going to try to sneak up there on Sunday, but it is hectic here!

Will there be any samplings offered at the event?  Coffee sales?
