Texas gets their own thread, why can't we have one? Let's keep information flowing about neat things happening in the OK coffee scene.

Poseurs! You only wish you could be as cool as the TX crew. (j/k)
Good idea. How is Slingers doing, anyway? I don't hear much coverage about them.
Extremely well. Business is booming. There are the occasional few who freak out when they come in ("you don't have caramel?" "Why is there only one size?"), but most are pretty hip with it.
Also, the coolness in Oklahoma far exceeds that of Texas... at least ten degrees in the summer. :)

Went in today for a cup of Joe. It's was good... I love the location, and the look. Lot sure about all the bikes that are seen next door but other than that it will be my new coffee house.

So the wife and I will be taking a trip to Tulsa over the summer. I've heard good things about DoubleShot, and I'm planning on making a stop, but are there any other worthwhile cafés in the area?

So I'm going to rip off the TX thread more and compile a list of members in OK and their region if everyone is cool with that... Just post where you are from.

Stillwater, OK checking in here. The Third Place ya heard.
Vater-- I think you were the one that pulled shots for us when Coffee_Cigarettes and I came in. Very citrusy blends you guys have got there, especially the SO stuff you pulled. Very unique to say the least. You guys inspired me to improve my mocha. We need some kind of Oklahoma barista get-together.
