Peter Middlecamp of Black Sheep Coffee Cafe and I have put together a 3 course coffee and food tasting event. Saturday August 2nd 1-3pm at Blacksheep in south St Paul.
Cost is $30 for all 3 coffee/dessert pairings
All coffees will be brewed on the clover 1s
the pairngs will be:
RMiguel Monkey Parchment (Indian Monkey spit coffee) w/ Green Cardamom Ice Cream RMiguel Pele (natural process Hawaiian) w/ Rose Panna Cotta RMiguel Pele Pulped Natural (pulped natural process Hawaiian) w/ Espresso Citrus Granita
a limited amount of the coffees and desserts will also be available al a carte. Sorry for the last minute notice hope to see a few people at the sheep tomorrow.
