This post is coming a little late......but we have our 2 group Synesso Cyncra up and running and ready to serve the public with all it's PID goodness.  So if you're in the Milwaukee area stop over!

It was great meeting you as well.  Thanks so much for stopping in and hopefully we'll see you again soon.  Also, I'm working on putting together a "geek" night at the cafe.  My plan is to have a couple glass syphon brewers, french presses, and some Chemex's to brew and compare coffees on.  I'll post it on coffeegeek when I work out the details.
