Just a fair warning...  I'll be in Madison, WI on Monday and Tuesday!

Actually, I'm hoping that Jim L or another Madison CGer will read this and point me to a good coffee shop.  I'll be staying at the Holiday Inn Exress on John Nolen at the beltway, but we'll be at the SBC office on W. Washington (315 w. I think).  Is there any place worth visiting either near the hotel, near the SBC office or along the way between the two?

Ron,

I like Ancora.  I think the closest one is in the Canterbury bookstore at 315 W. Gorham (near State).  There are a lot of coffee shops on State St., *$$, Espresso Royale, Steep & Brew, Victor Allen's and probably something else I'm forgetting.  I can't wholeheartedly recommend any of those but Espresso Royale and Victor Allen's aren't too bad.

There are also a couple of smaller shops near you that I am not familiar with.  There's one about two blocks west of where you will be that I haven't tried.

If you want to email me, I'll give you my number.

    Jim
